The Sr. Sales Executive Atlassian Services (India) will play an important role in selecting, managing and creating a Atlassian ,Monday.com and DevOps tools services community to generate revenue and increase enreap’s Services global coverage. The successful candidate will be dynamic and entrepreneurial in this growth and build opportunity, by working closely with sales enablement, marketing, global services, Accounts ,inside sales, and other Internal Ecosystem colleagues including OEMs and Partners.
Summary:
● 3-5 years of successful Enterprise Software sales experience, Alliances, and/or Channels experience.
● Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and MBA/PGDM or equivalent combination of education and experience.
● Proven track record of independently producing / growing business revenue.
● Extensive relationship oriented selling with strong focus on growth from cross sell and upsell opportunities.
● Experience in generating leads, managing key accounts.
● Confidence and ability to engage with C- Level executives, Procurement, Direct clients and BD Heads/Partner at global organizations.
● Experienced in selling in any verticals like Financial Services, Hi-tech, Retail, CPG Manufacturing.
Responsibilities Deliverables:
● Work effectively on existing and new service accounts to build relationships and bring opportunities to table.
● Explore potential business deals by contacting potential customers; discover and explore cross sell and upsell opportunities from accounts.
● Create and execute a business development strategy for markets supported specifically within Atlassian, Monday.com and DevOps tools
● Work effectively with Account Managers, Reselling Team, Finance and Operations team
● Develop negotiating strategies; examine risks and potentials; estimate customers needs and goals
● Should be capable of managing End to end cross functional ownership for service business right from lead generation all the way to closing the AP transaction with supplier
● Quarterback the development and presentation of solutions/proposals
● Partner, Collaborate and realize value working with other sellers in targeted customer set
● Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; develop and negotiate contracts and integrate contract requirements with business operations
● Identify and develop strategic alignment with key third party partners
● Work closely and collaboratively with internal stakeholders.
Required Skills and Experience:
● Ability to build and convey compelling value propositions.
● Demonstrated track record of successful quota attainment in a sales or channel sales role tracking all types measurements including sell through and sell with (partner influence)
● Managing Software service business
● Must have direct account handling experience.
● Working knowledge of Atlassian will be an advantage
● Teammate with a natural proficiency for partnership across functions and organizations.
● Strong verbal and written communication skills.
● Ability to build working relationships with executives, both inside and outside the organization.
● Results-oriented professional with a growth mindset in light of resource constraints, competing priorities, and aggressive timelines
