Job Title: DevOps Solution Architect
Experience: 10-12 Years
Work Location: Pune (Kalyani Nagar)-Work from Office
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Design: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define requirements, architect DevOps solutions, and create comprehensive design documentation.
- Client Interface: Be the single point of contact for the client interface and own the customer communication and technical solutioning presentation. Lead in presales activities and proposals. Demonstrable knowledge of AWS best practices across industries.
- Infrastructure Automation: Design and implement automation tools and frameworks for infrastructure provisioning and deployment.
- Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): Establish and optimize CI/CD pipelines for efficient and reliable software delivery.
- Containerization: Implement containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes for scalable and portable applications.
- Cloud Services Integration: Integrate cloud services into DevOps processes, leveraging platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Monitoring and Logging: Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure system stability and performance. Utilize tools like Prometheus, ELK Stack, or similar.
- Security and Compliance: Ensure DevOps practices adhere to security best practices and compliance standards. Implement security measures and access controls.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with development, operations, and QA teams to foster a culture of collaboration and shared responsibility.
- Training and Mentoring: Provide guidance and training to team members on DevOps practices and tools.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role, with a focus on solution architecture.
- Strong understanding of DevOps principles and best practices.
- Strong technical solutioning experience along with ability to sale to the customers
- Experience with automation/configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Shell, or PowerShell.
- Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI.
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, ELK Stack, Grafana, or similar.
- Understanding of security best practices and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- DevOps certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), or similar.
