Designation: Accounts Executive

Industry: IT Industry

Experience -3 to 5 years

Qualification– B.COM/M.COM/MBA FINANCE.

Female candidates are preferred.

 Roles and responsibilities

  • Hands on experience in accounts payable in the IT Industry.
  • Independent working for direct & indirect taxes.
  • Preparation of invoices for domestic & foreign clients as per compliances.
  • Oversee legal compliance documentation
  • Able to manage all operational activity in the accounts department.
  • Apply information security and business continuity principles to build organizational capability
  • Coordination with internal & external factors of business.
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting software’s like tally & QuickBooks.
  • Documentation for AR/AP as per requirement.
  • Ability to liaise with a variety of people within all business functions and at all levels.
  • Handling complaints and negotiations.
  • Effective organizational skills
  • Assist in internal & external audits to the team.
  • Maintain financial records for Client & Supplier companies by analyzing balance sheets and general ledger accounts.
  • Solid understanding of the business model i.e. roles and responsibilities defined at enreap
  • Reconcile bank statements by comparing transactions to the general ledger.
  • In-depth knowledge of the business functions
  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the Finance department, including filing, report generation, budget review, etc.
  • Maintain accounting documents and records, ensuring all files are up to date.
  • Vendor registration documentation.
  • Banking documentation as per requirements.

  • High command on accounting techniques and processes.

  • Proficient user of the full Microsoft excels/ Office, google drives, experience using databases to manage accounts Numerate.
  • Should promote teamwork, quality, efficiency and employee developments
  • Should be able to lead complex and dynamic business environment
  • Self-motivated with a results driven approach.
