Sr. Manager, Finance and Accounts

Sr. Manager, Finance and Accounts will work with CEO and Directors to ensure that enreap finances are managed with best in class financial controls and practices. They are in charge of tracking cash flow, analyzing strengths/weaknesses in the company’s finances and overseeing all aspects of its financial success. Specifically, they ensure deployed capital is managed in the most effective way and future capital needs are forecasted, anticipated, planned and arranged in a timely manner. You will work with various managers to constantly evolve cross functional processes, practices, systems and controls to prepare monthly finance MIS, analyze business performance and make improvement recommendations to management. Your
primary goal will be to enable the company’s leaders including Senior Management, Segment Leaders and Function Leaders to make sound business decisions towards evolving business needs and objectives.

Summary
• 15-17 years of overall work experience with
o At least 8 years of experience being part of hands-on Accounts Operations
o At least 3 years of experience Managing Accounts Operations including Bookkeeping, AR, AP, Compliance, books closing, Domestic and International Taxation, GST/RCM, TDS, WHT, Transfer pricing, Cash Flow Management etc.
o Minimum 5 years experience in managing Finance Operations including Financial MIS analysis, Forecasting & budgeting practices for multiple revenue streams and regions.
• Strong people management skills to manage 10+ people in Finance and Accounts Operations Teams. Ability to practice effective delegation skills working with Manager, Finance Operations and Manager, Accounts Operations and also with their teams directly as per the situational needs of the day 2 day operations.
• Strong experience independently managing corporate finances including working capital management, cash flow management, raising capital, managing treasury. All of these aspects from optimization and adequacy of capital being deployed or raised.
• Strong experience in managing fast growing & constantly evolving Software Reselling and IT Services business is a must. Experience being part of an organization’s growth journey from 150 employees to 500 employees in a few years is very valuable.
• Has experience in setting up overseas operations, managing overseas statutory compliance.

• This role needs to have excellent business-techno communication skills since they will work closely with managers and other decision-makers. This person needs to be highly articulative on stakeholders like Business Leaders, Segment Leaders, Investors, Bankers, Customers, OEM Partners. Needless to say, translation of all these communication channels to how your team ensures impact & work is well understood and delivered by the team.
• Hands on experience preparing, integrating and analyzing the following financial forecasts and budgets for departments, business segments and regions.
• Hands on experience in creating and evolving templates and formats for managing working capital management, cash flow – preparing for cashflow forecasts at the horizon of 6-9 months.
• They also need to be experienced with various financial software applications to process financial information and create models for other departments. Power user of Advance spreadsheet software like Excel or Google sheets and any one of the forecasting & budget planning SaaS tools.
• Strong analytical skills to analyze business performance, business segment performance and regions performance to present timely and thoughtful recommendations.
• Experience in building and maintaining financial models for various revenue streams. Sound understanding of Revenue structure, Cost Structure, Financial projections.
• Working knowledge of how to raise capital outside traditional lines of credit
• Strong experience introducing financial controls working closely with Management and various segment and function managers is a must.
• Reliable Financial Controller and Manager that will analyze everyday financial activities and subsequently provide advice and guidance to upper management on future financial plans.

• Develop and implement best practices and tools to ensure a well-controlled yet flexible organization that has strong fiscal management, project coordination, cross-team communications, and workflows
• Comply with national and local financial requirements by studying existing and new legislation and taking appropriate action. (ex: Financial Accounting Standards Board, Internal Revenue Service, state attorneys general).Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory entities, laws including taxation, corporate and employment laws.
• Research revenue opportunities and economic trends, analyze internal operations, and identify areas for cost reduction and process enhancement
• Perform risk management through analysis of company liabilities and investments, and evaluate and manage capital structure and fundraising initiatives
• Monitor business performance with tracking tools, establish corrective measures as needed, and prepare detailed reports for management team, investor calls and rest of company.
• Manage finance personnel and oversee financial IT systems including integrating information from project and delivery and sales management systems.
• They will work with different departments and leaders throughout an organization. Typically, they work with Accounts Operations teams, Segment Leaders and Function / Department leaders.
• The goal is to enable the company’s leaders including Senior Management, Segment Leaders and Function Leaders to make sound business decisions and meet the Business Segment and company objectives.

• Monitoring financial performance, identifying areas for improvement, and capitalizing on opportunities will be integral parts of your responsibilities.
• Manage the preparation of the company’s budget.
• Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.
• Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.
• Develop trends and projections for the firm’s finances.
• Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
• Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.
• Liaise with auditors and tax authorities and consultants to complete statutory and tax accounting
• To ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
