Job Description:
As a Sales Account Manager at enreap, you will be required to have a deep understanding of our services & portfolio, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales. You will be responsible for driving customer success by understanding client needs, providing strategic solutions, and fostering long-term partnerships. Your expertise in IT solutioning , products & services, combined with your sales experience will be essential in delivering exceptional service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the enreap’s portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand clients’ business needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and negotiate contracts.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the system.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in IT sales, customer success, or account management, preferably in a B2B, SaaS, or tech environment.
- Strong knowledge of IT solutions, products & services sales. Candidates possessing the basic knowledge of devOps & devSecOps will be value added.
- Proven track record of managing customer relationships and driving customer success, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Must have an understanding of end to end sales process of IT solutions & products.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Experience in conducting business reviews and managing complex customer issues.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to travel as needed (up to 10-15%).
