The Solution

Our team of experts implemented a series of enhancements to our client’s Atlassian environment, ensuring that their teams could work on specific projects without encountering delays or excessive information. We focused on improving alignment among teams, enabling management to make well-informed decisions promptly.

We exported the team-managed issues to a CSV file, which was then transferred to company-managed projects. Custom field data was imported, and we migrated from a Server to a Data Center environment, prioritising minimal downtime and no disruption to business hours.

Once we had successfully migrated the database, we automatically assigned each task to the corresponding existing resource. We did this by connecting Jira Script Runner to the relevant database in Jira, which allowed us to retrieve the previously assigned values. We then integrated Salesforce and Jira using ZAgile Connector.

Our client’s server license and support were expiring in February 2024, so we migrated their knowledge base to a two-multi-node Data Center deployment structure. This ensured the high availability of Confluence and enabled all users to access new Data Center features. Our experts took great care to minimize downtime and disruption to business hours throughout the process.
