We integrated Jira with our client’s Zoho Helpdesk to streamline the process of creating and assigning tickets to developers based on customer feedback. We customized Jira dashboards, workflows, boards, and user permissions to perfectly match our client’s existing setup and optimize their workflow. Finally, we implemented automated tasks based on their specific needs.
Standard backups didn’t include Zoho’s activity history. To address this, we built a looping script that leveraged the API to automatically retrieve the history of each task in the client’s Zoho instance.
