A comprehensive audit of Straive's Jira Server environment meticulously documented its existing setup, including issue volume, user count, and plugin configurations. This detailed analysis informed the specific dashboard requirements, which prioritized tracking delivery performance for US and UK records and identifying SLA violations due to timeliness or accuracy.

Comprehensive Jira Server Assessment & Cloud Setup
Existing configurations were thoroughly documented, followed by the setup of a new Jira Cloud instance with configured users, permissions, and workflows.
Seamless Data Migration
All project data, including issues and attachments, was successfully migrated to the new Jira Cloud environment using the Jira Cloud Migration Assistant.
Enhanced Reporting & SLA Tracking
Custom dashboards were configured using EazyBI for in-depth project performance insights, and the Time to SLA plugin was implemented for effective service level agreement management
