Practice Primary Skills (60%)
- Experience working in Atlassian Server/DC/Cloud
- Experience working in Jira Automation rules for project/global level.
- Experience of ScriptRunner functionalities such as Behaviors (groovy scripting), Listeners, Fragments, Console, Scripted Fields etc.
- Experience working in Server/ DC to Cloud migration including Plug-in migrations (like Zephyr, JMWE, JSU, BigPicture etc)
- Breadthwise working expertise in Atlassian family of tools, Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Trillo, Atlassian Access (Guard), Atlassian AI, JSM, Asset Management, Plug-ins development, DevOps, ITSM, AWS Cloud,
- Development experience in a programming language is a must (Java/Python) is a plus
Nice to have:
- Familiar with the database queries and responses. (e.gpostgresql/mysql/mssql)
- Integration of JIRA with third-party applications.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
- Atlassian certifications (e.g., Atlassian Certified Jira Administrator, Developer, JSM).
- Strong understanding of software development practices and version control systems
- Rest API based development and integration
Pre-sales Primary Skills (40%):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Pre-sales consultant role, or a similar position, with a proven track record
- Own and deliver engaging product presentations, demonstrations, and devise comprehensive end-to-end solutions for prospective clients.
- Provide succinct and accurate proposal responses to technical queries in RFI/RFP.
- Develop POC implementation plans and deliver successful Proof of Concepts (POC).
- Comprehensive knowledge of Atlassian Products and Solutions around DevOps, ITSM, ServiceNow, Agile
- Working knowledge of use case-based solution and problem-solving approach will be a big plus.
- Proactively create robust partnerships with assigned sales counterparts.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and tailor solutions for internal usage using Atlassian products.
Pre-sales skills – nice to have
- Assist in qualifying opportunities and/or identifying target accounts.
- Support the pre-qualification of sales opportunities.
- Understand, track, and document product feedback and competitive intelligence from
customers, advocating for development internally by documenting and sharing with product management.
- Represent Enreap at external and internal customer-facing events.
- Provide first-level expertise during pre-sales engagements, addressing client inquiries regarding Atlassian products and services.
- Continuously learn, develop, and refine your pre-sales and product, solution, and platform offering knowledge as Atlassian products evolve.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
