After analysis of the existing process and ecosystem, enreap identified the gaps and suggested replacing their legacy tools with Agile Atlassian Tools and implementing Agile project management methodologies.
The first step included installation of Atlassian’s BitBucket, which helped them to manage the Source code repository and have a centralized source code management system (GIT) to ensure accurate releases.
enreap helped GMobis team streamline business processes as per requirement on Jira Platform and help their teams to track and monitor projects effectively. With this, they were able to estimate efforts accurately.
enreap implemented EasyBI plugins for their teams (Team size - 2000) and integrated Jira and confluence tools so that they could build custom reports, in-depth analysis and reporting. This has helped to track real time updates of multiple projects.
Post implementation, enreap provided- 1. Extensive Training so that they could get hands-on experience on the tools before handing over to their teams. 2. enreap continued to provide 24X7 support for their operations to Hyundai Mobis team.
