Job Summary:
The Business Development Manager is a pivotal role responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities with prospective clients requiring staffing and recruitment solutions. This role demands a proactive, results-oriented individual with a deep understanding of the talent landscape and a proven track record in B2B sales within the staffing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Business Development:
o Identify and target prospective client companies in designated sectors (e.g., IT, Banking, Manufacturing, Healthcare) that have staffing and talent acquisition needs.
o Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, client challenges, and competitive landscapes.
o Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, professional events, referrals, and other effective sales strategies.
o Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
o Negotiate terms, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs) to secure new business.
- Account Management & Growth:
o Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with newly acquired clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
o Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their evolving talent needs and identifying opportunities for service expansion.
o Collaborate closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure successful fulfillment of client mandates and service delivery.
o Strategically grow existing accounts by identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities for various staffing solutions.
- Market Intelligence & Strategy:
o Stay abreast of industry best practices, market trends, and competitive activities within the staffing and talent acquisition space.
o Contribute to the development of sales strategies, pricing models, and service offerings based on market feedback.
o Provide regular reports and forecasts on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue projections.
- Collaboration & Teamwork:
o Work effectively with recruitment consultants, delivery managers, and other internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
o Participate in internal meetings and training sessions to enhance industry knowledge and sales skills.
Qualifications:
