Business Development Executive-monday

We’re looking for a proactive and confident Sales Executive to join our team at Enreap, focusing on
monday.com solutions. If you’re comfortable with outbound calling, love understanding client needs,
and can drive business conversations with a technical and commercial mindset, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospects and follow up on inquiries/leads.
  • Engage with potential clients through phone, email, and virtual meetings.
  • Understand client requirements and suggest the best-fit monday.com solutions.
  • Deliver product demos and customized presentations.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for solutioning and implementation alignment.
  • Manage techno-commercial discussions and negotiations.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups to drive sales closures and build long-term relationships.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills, especially over the phone.
  • Comfortable with high-volume calling and customer engagement.
  • Strong listening and understanding skills to identify customer pain points.
  • Prior experience in B2B or SaaS/IT solution sales.
  • Ability to present and explain complex products effectively.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and sales workflows is a plus.
  • Self-starter with a target-driven mindset and team spirit.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience with monday.com or similar platforms is highly desirable.
