Our approach
We partnered with Al Etihad Credit Bureau to revolutionise its project management approach. By implementing a comprehensive solution within Jira and Confluence, we sought to create a centralised platform that facilitates efficient project execution, from the initial BRD creation to the final implementation and testing of the solution.

Master Project Setup
A centralised Jira project was established to house all project-related information, including BRDs, change requests, and task management.

Custom Workflows
Tailored workflows were designed for different project stages (BRD creation, change request, development, testing, deployment) to ensure smooth progression.

Automation
Jira automation rules were configured to automate repetitive tasks such as ticket creation, status updates, and data migration.

Effective Ticket Management
A hierarchical structure was implemented with child tickets linked to the master project for effective task breakdown and tracking.
