Our approach
After doing a thorough analysis of the existing process and overall ecosystem, enreap experts identified the gaps and suggested replacing Sharepoint tools with Agile-based project methodologies and implementing Atlassian tools. As a part of the business transformation roadmap, enreap set up Jira as a Project Management tool to streamline their internal process. enreap also took a workshop and interacted with different stakeholders to understand their requirements.

Seamless Migration from SharePoint to Jira
enreap conducted a successful POC, created a new Jira project, and migrated all SharePoint tickets and data with minimal downtime. Custom workflows, screens, issue types, and fields were configured to align with business needs.

Created 15–20 tailored workflows with multiple subtasks to track project progress effectively. Field automation and definitions ensured accurate data mapping and streamlined task execution.

Enabled recurring task automation, auto-filled field values (e.g., Reporter, User Picker), and improved project traceability. Integrated ScriptRunner for custom scripts, triggered email notifications/reminders, and used the Time-to-SLA plugin to improve SLA compliance.
