The Solution

We started with POC and created a separate New project in the Jira and mapped the SharePoint dumps to provide the right solution. We installed and set up Jira Software for both production & UAT environments and ended the migration process.

enreap conducted a successful POC, created a new Jira project, and migrated all SharePoint tickets and data with minimal downtime. Custom workflows, screens, issue types, and fields were configured to align with business needs.

Created 15–20 tailored workflows with multiple subtasks to track project progress effectively. Field automation and definitions ensured accurate data mapping and streamlined task execution.

Enabled recurring task automation, auto-filled field values (e.g., Reporter, User Picker), and improved project traceability. Integrated ScriptRunner for custom scripts, triggered email notifications/reminders, and used the Time-to-SLA plugin to improve SLA compliance.
