Job Title: Cloud Operations Executive – AWS Sales Operations

Job Overview: enreap is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Cloud Operations Executive to support our AWS Cloud business operations. This role is focused on managing AWS sales operations, including proposal creation, opportunity submission via the AWS Partner Network (APN), financial coordination, and internal process management. The Cloud Operations Executive will work closely with sales, finance, and AWS partner teams to ensure seamless execution of
operational workflows and accurate documentation of all business transactions.
Key Responsibilities
● Create and manage proposals, quotations, and related sales documentation for AWS opportunities.
● Submit and track opportunities in the AWS Partner Network (APN) portal, ensuring compliance with AWS partner requirements.
● Coordinate with the finance team on invoicing, payment follow-ups, and revenue tracking.
● Handle POA (Proof of Activity) ticket creation and ensure timely closure with accurate details.
● Maintain and update sales pipelines, dashboards, and CRM records.
● Support AWS partner program activities, including reporting, credit claims, and compliance documentation.
● Collaborate with sales, delivery, and finance teams to streamline operations and ensure timely execution of deliverables.
● Generate periodic reports on deal progress, revenue, and operational efficiency.
Mandatory Skills
● Strong understanding of AWS Partner Network (APN) processes such as opportunity creation, deal registration, and tracking.
● Proven experience in sales operations, proposal management, or business coordination roles.
● Knowledge of financial coordination including invoicing, PO management, and payment tracking.
● Excellent communication and documentation skills.
● High attention to detail with strong organizational and analytical abilities.
● Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) and MS Excel.
● Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Good-to-Have Skills
● Basic understanding of AWS services, billing models, and usage tracking.
● Familiarity with AWS Partner Programs, funding models (MDF, POC credits), and reporting.
● Experience with proposal/bid management or RFP response coordination.
● Financial operations knowledge, including reconciliations and documentation control.
● Exposure to data analysis or business reporting tools.
● Process improvement and automation mindset.
● AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or equivalent basic cloud certification.
Alternative Skillsets
● Experience in IT or software sales operations outside of the cloud domain.
● Strong administrative and back-office coordination skills.
● Background in project coordination or customer success roles.
● General understanding of technology or SaaS business models.
● Vendor or partner management experience with structured workflow tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).
Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
● 2–5 years of experience in operations, sales coordination, or partner management.
● AWS or cloud exposure preferred but not mandatory.
