About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales & Presales Manager to drive business growth by positioning and selling monday.com solutions. This role requires a strong blend of sales expertise, presales consulting, solutioning skills, and the ability to build trusted relationships with enterprise clients across industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
- Drive end-to-end sales cycles for monday.com solutions – from lead generation, qualification, solution presentation to deal closure.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to penetrate new accounts and expand business within existing clients.
- Manage revenue targets, pipeline growth, and account expansion goals.
- Build strong CXO-level relationships to position Monday.com as a strategic business enabler.
Presales & Solutioning
- Conduct discovery workshops with prospects to understand business pain points and map them to Monday.com solutions.
- Lead product demonstrations, POCs (Proof of Concepts), and solution presentations.
- Collaborate with delivery and technical teams to design scalable, customized Monday.com solutions aligned with client needs.
- Respond to RFPs/RFIs with compelling value propositions and solution fit.
Collaboration & Leadership
- Work closely with marketing and partnership teams to drive campaigns, webinars, and thought-leadership initiatives.
- Mentor junior sales/presales team members to build capability around SaaS / WorkOS sales.
- Act as a trusted advisor for clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8–12 years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales/presales, with proven success in closing large deals.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in selling and solutioning Monday.com (or equivalent work management / collaboration platforms such as Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, Wrike, ClickUp, Trello, etc.).
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models, cloud technologies, and digital transformation drivers.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
- Ability to work in a high-paced, target-driven environment with minimal supervision.
- Experience in the US / EMEA market sales is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- monday.com certifications (e.g., monday.com Partner / Solution Architect / Specialist).
- Prior experience in IT services, consulting, or system integration around productivity and collaboration platforms.
- MBA or equivalent qualification in Sales/Marketing will be an added advantage
