Operations Analyst

  • Experience – 3+ years
  • Education – Graduate and/or MBA in operations management

Role:

We are looking for an individual who has completed their Graduation and/or related field/MBA/PGDM in Operations Management. Your main responsibility will be to continuously monitor Enreap’s cross-functional business process flow, identify bottlenecks or constraints and propose improvement areas. You will prepare a short business case for improvement areas and seek approvals and then convert them into Initiative Projects. You will then lead efforts with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Delivery, Presales, Finance, HR etc.) to identify detailed uses cases and work with technology team to implement integrations, workflows and train the teams. You will be responsible for presenting improvements achieved post rollout.

Responsibility:

  • Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations goals – specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.
  • Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of overall enreap’s business operations (Development Team, Admin Team, Quality assessment and management team), through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions.
  • Work with IT Tools team to implement and systemize new operational initiatives.
  • The lead rollout of new operational improvements, including initial user training, handholding.
  • Play a significant role in long-term planning of initiatives geared toward operational excellence.
  • Oversee processes and systems for overall financial management, planning, systems and controls.
  • Drive initiatives in the management team and organizationally that contribute to long-term operational excellence.

What You Will Need:

  • Strong analytical skills to study various business processes and identify process gaps that lead to delays, effort waste, inefficiencies etc.
  • Basic knowledge of various organization functions like Delivery, HR, Finance, Sales and Marketing, and their processes.
  • Hands-on working experience on one or more Information Systems for Team communication and collaboration would be highly valued.
  • Presentation – Presenting ideas and results to different stakeholders across the business including staff and senior management.
  • Outstanding research, facilitation and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be self-directed, well organized and have good follow-up skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication & presentation skills.
