Job Title: Marketing Executive – USA Region 

Location: USA (Working from Office) 

Time Zone: 6.00 PM to 3.00 AM (IST) 

Job Description: 

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to lead our marketing efforts in the USA region. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that align with our business goals, managing key campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and overseeing vendor relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in campaign management, leadership, budget oversight, and market research, with an eye toward driving customer engagement and enhancing brand visibility. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  1. Campaign Management: 

Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social, email, etc.) to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition. 

Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to ensure KPIs are met. 

  1. Vendor Management: 

Collaborate with third-party vendors and agencies to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials, services, and solutions. 

Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with external partners to optimize quality and cost-efficiency. 

  1. Leadership & Team Collaboration: 

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative departments, to align marketing strategies with business objectives. 

Lead internal marketing initiatives, providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members where necessary. 

  1. Planning & Strategy: 

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business targets in the USA market, ensuring alignment with global marketing objectives. Stay ahead of industry trends and market dynamics to continuously refine marketing strategies. 

  1. Budget Management: 

Oversee the marketing budget for the USA region, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to various campaigns and initiatives. 

Monitor expenditures and return on investment (ROI) to ensure cost-effective marketing activities. 

  1. Market Research:

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the USA region. 

Leverage data insights to refine marketing strategies and address customer needs. 

  1. Customer Relationship Management: 

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. 

Implement strategies to increase customer retention and maximize lifetime value. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on campaign management, vendor relations, and strategic planning. 
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills. 
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in marketing software, CRM tools, and data analysis. 
  • Knowledge of the USA market and understanding of cultural nuances in customer behavior. 
  • Working Hours: 
  • This role requires working during US business hours, with flexibility to adjust based on campaign needs or deadlines.
