We focused on creating a "Trigger-to-Tracker" architecture. Our goal was to eliminate manual setup by utilizing high-level automation that transforms an approved request into a structured workspace. We designed the workflow to provide Project Managers with the flexibility to customize task-level details while enforcing a strict data-linkage protocol to ensure portfolio-wide visibility.

Configured a "PMO Incoming Project Request Form" to capture all essential parameters, ensuring every project is vetted against the same criteria before approval.

Automated Workspace Provisioning
Implemented a "Create Project?" trigger that automatically generates a new project board in the specific category/section required, significantly reducing administrative overhead.

Dynamic Project Customization
Provided PMs with a standardized yet flexible board structure where tasks, owners, and timelines can be tailored to the specific needs of the project.

Execution Tracker Integration
Developed a seamless linkage process using a dedicated "Link to Project Execution Tracker" column, allowing for bulk synchronization of project tasks into a centralized monitoring hub.
