Our approach
After doing a thorough analysis of the existing process and overall ecosystem, enreap experts identified the gaps and suggested replacing Sharepoint tools with Agile-based project methodologies and implementing Atlassian tools. As a part of the business transformation roadmap, enreap set up Jira as a Project Management tool to streamline their internal process. enreap also took a workshop and interacted with different stakeholders to understand their requirements.
