Multiple cloud instance as every customer used to have a different instance of Atlassian cloud.

The business processes not appropriately defined, leading to complexity in tool implementation and tracking.

Tools integration of existing AD [Active Directory] was not done to an optimal level.

The Solution

To facilitate and fast track enreap conducted a two-day workshop with an Antuit consultant and understood their expectations from the tools and the process they intended to implement. They conducted face-to-face discussions with the stakeholders. This also helped Antuit to understand the flexibility provided by the Atlassian suite and best practices to use them. Based on the analysis, the enreap -experts identified the gaps and suggested a comprehensive solution.

Based on the analysis, enreap identified key process gaps and designed a structured Continuous Integration (CI) process, integrating Bitbucket with Jira workflows for better traceability and efficiency.

Migrated source code from two separate Bitbucket cloud instances (internal and customer-facing) into a unified Bitbucket instance for Antuit to streamline version control and collaboration.

Successfully merged code from a separate GitHub instance into the consolidated Bitbucket platform to centralize all development activities.

enreap integrated Atlassian tools to create a unified ALM ecosystem, using Confluence for collaboration, Jira Software for agile management, Jira Service Desk for ITSM, Zephyr for test case management, and Atlassian Access for secure user management with Azure AD integration.
