Atlassian Presales Consultant

Job Overview

enreap is looking for an Atlassian Presales Consultant to act as a trusted advisor for prospects and customers, translating business challenges into effective Atlassian-based solutions. This role bridges sales, consulting, and delivery by designing, demonstrating, and articulating value-driven solutions across the Atlassian ecosystem.

The ideal candidate combines strong functional knowledge of Atlassian tools, excellent stakeholder communication, and solution-oriented thinking to support enterprise and mid-market customers across ITSM, Agile, DevOps, and Enterprise Service Management use cases.

Key Responsibilities

Presales & Solutioning

  • Engage with prospects to understand business requirements, pain points, and transformation goals
  • Design end-to-end Atlassian solutions aligned to customer needs.
  • Map customer requirements to Atlassian capabilities and Enreap’s service offerings

Demos & Workshops

  • Conduct tailored product demos, proof of concepts (POCs), and solution walkthroughs
  • Lead requirement-gathering sessions, and solution validation discussions
  • Customize demo environments to reflect real customer use cases with the help of delivery team.

Sales Enablement

  • Support sales teams during RFPs, RFIs, and proposal responses
  • Assist in  scope definition, assumptions, risks, and dependencies
  • Clearly articulate Enreap’s value proposition and differentiators

Collaboration & Knowledge

  • Work closely with delivery consultants to ensure smooth handover from presales to implementation
  • Stay updated with Atlassian product roadmap, licensing models, and best practices
  • Contribute to internal accelerators, demo assets, reusable solution templates, and case studies

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Atlassian tools: 
    • Jira Software, Software Collections
    • Jira Service Management (ITSM / ESM), Service Collection
    • Confluence
  • Solid understanding of: 
    • ITSM / ITIL concepts
    • Agile & Scrum frameworks
    • Service request management and workflows
  • Experience in presales, solution consulting, or customer-facing consulting roles
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical and functional solutions
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

Good-to-Have

  • Experience with: 
    • Jira Assets, Automation, Forms, SLAs
  • Exposure to Atlassian implementations
  • Knowledge of licensing, user tiers, and Atlassian cloud vs data center positioning
  • Prior experience working with an Atlassian Solution Partner

Certifications (Preferred)

  • Atlassian Certified Professional (ACP) – Jira / JSM
  • ITIL Foundation
