We’re thrilled to announce a significant evolution at enreap! 

As the landscape of technology continues to shift at an unprecedented pace, we’ve embarked on a journey to redefine our purpose and push the boundaries of what’s possible.

For years, our mission has served us well. However, we believed the time had come to unlock our full potential and seize the incredible opportunities that lie ahead. We have also codified a set of core values that reflect our unwavering commitment to excellence and business transformation. These changes will not only guide our internal compass but also ignite a new level of innovation that benefits our valued customers, partners, and the entire industry.

Why change?

The world of technology is a constant sprint, and enreap has always stayed ahead of the curve. However, even the most agile need to adapt as the pace of change accelerates. The constant shifts in the technology, business, and enterprise environment led us to take the bold step of redefining our mission, vision, and values.

The transformation is driven by a newly articulated mission of “Enabling transformation, evolving possibilities, and achieving operational excellence.” This core principle drives everything we do, from the solutions we develop to the internal culture we cultivate.

Our Vision 

Our vision paints a clear picture of our future: “To be a Global Thought Leader across collaboration, software delivery, IT, and business support practices. Become proficient across enterprise software platforms and set new benchmarks in Operational Excellence.”

Our aim is to set the bar for operational excellence through proficiency across enterprise software platforms. But leadership isn’t about going it alone. We believe collaboration is key, and we strive to foster strong partnerships with our clients and the industry as a whole.

This renewed focus translates into two key mottos:

Enabling Transformation (Customer-facing motto)

We understand enterprise needs to navigate the ever-changing tech environment. Our core mission is to empower businesses to achieve operational excellence. In this dynamic landscape, we remain committed to the growth and success of our customers.

Technology is a transformative force, and we remain dedicated to helping businesses harness its power and achieve their goals. We position ourselves as the guides helping our clients unlock new possibilities and optimize operations.

Evolving Possibilities (Internal motto): 

This motto fuels our internal engine. We constantly push boundaries, explore new frontiers, empower our team, and develop enabling processes to help them operate as the changemakers businesses need. 

This motto serves as a constant reminder of our commitment to continuous improvement. We push ourselves to explore new solutions, embrace innovative approaches, and constantly evolve our capabilities to better serve our clients.

The vision and mission statement for our organization emerged with the help of an expert consultant. Developing these was a collective and democratic exercise where we used concepts like “Dreamweaving” to assess where we would want the company to be over the next few years. 

Our objective was to develop a strong vision and mission statement that resonated deeply with our workforce and could be embedded into their daily actions. We aimed to build a shared purpose and hence, listened deeply to the voices of our employees and their visions, values, and expectations to ensure a strong alignment and commitment. Our core set of values is also based on the mission and vision to root them into the operational fabric and work culture of the organization. 

Our Core Values: The Foundation for Our Success

Values are at the heart of everything we do and the cornerstone of our culture. Our success hinges on values developed in alignment with our vision and mission that guide everything we do. We have enlisted six core values that we live by. These are:

  • Embracing Openness and Authenticity: We believe in fostering an environment of transparency, honesty, and trust. Open communication and information sharing are vital for building strong relationships and achieving our goals.

A New Chapter Begins

When we embarked on this journey, we endeavoured to build a framework that signifies a new chapter for enreap. We realised that along with fleshing our mission, vision, and core values we also had to create ecosystems that allow the workforce to internalize these into their everyday activity.

We have integrated these values with our performance management systems and rewards and recognition programs. Along with that we ensure clear, efficient, transparent, and regular communication with the workforce and deliver enablement during this process of change.

We’re excited to leverage these principles to drive innovation, expand our market share, and create a brighter future for ourselves, our customers, and the entire technology industry.

This transformation is not just a change in words. It’s a commitment to continuous improvement, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible for us, and our clients.
