Senior Executive-Marketing

Role Overview 

We are looking for a Brand & Visual Experience Designer who can translate our brand  thinking into clear, consistent, and high-impact digital experiences. This role sits at the intersection of brand design, UI/UX, accessibility, and multimedia,  supporting how our brand shows up across social media, websites, and digital  content. 

You will work closely with marketing, product, HR, and leadership teams to ensure  our visual language is cohesive, accessible, modern, and enterprise-ready. 

Key Responsibilities 

Brand & Visual Design 

  • Own and evolve the brand’s visual language across digital touchpoints.
  • Design high-quality social media creatives, campaign assets, banners, and  presentations. 
  • Ensure brand consistency across platforms while adapting visuals to different  audiences and formats. 
  • Translate complex B2B IT concepts into clear, compelling visual narratives

Website UI/UX & Experience Design 

  • Design and improve website UI/UX with a strong focus on clarity, usability, and  conversion. 
  • Create wireframes, layouts, and visual designs aligned with user journeys and  business goals. 
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure design intent is accurately  implemented. 
  • Apply design thinking principles to solve user and business problems.

Accessibility & Inclusive Design 

  • Ensure designs meet accessibility standards (WCAG) across web and digital  assets. 
  • Apply inclusive design practices for typography, color contrast, layouts, and  interactions. 
  • Advocate for accessibility as a core part of the design process, not an  afterthought. 

Video, Podcast & Multimedia Design 

  • Edit and produce short-form videos, reels, explainers, and marketing clips.
  • Support podcast editing (audio clean-up, visual assets, thumbnails, snippets).
  • Maintain visual consistency across video intros, outros, lower thirds, and  branded elements. 

Design Systems & Collaboration 

  • Contribute to or maintain design systems, templates, and reusable assets.
  • Work closely with marketing, content, and leadership teams to translate  strategy into design. 
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and  attention to detail. 

Required Skills & Expertise 

Core Design Skills 

  • Strong expertise in graphic design, visual design, and digital branding.
  • Solid understanding of UI/UX fundamentals and user-centered design.
  • Hands-on experience with design thinking frameworks
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design best  practices.

Tools & Technologies 

  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After  Effects). 
  • Experience with video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, or  equivalent). 
  • Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS concepts (not mandatory, but a plus).
  • Comfort working with content management systems and digital platforms. 

Professional Skills 

  • Strong visual storytelling and attention to detail. 
  • Ability to balance brand consistency with creative flexibility.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills. 
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment. 

Experience & Background 

  • 3–5 years of professional experience in digital design, brand design, or UI/UX  roles. 
  • Experience working with B2B or IT services companies is a plus (not  mandatory). 
  • A strong portfolio showcasing social media design, website UI/UX, and  multimedia work is essential.
