Overview
We are seeking a proactive Business Development Executive with 2–3 years of experience in international markets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, hands-on telecalling experience, and a basic understanding of modern technology tools and platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through outbound calling, emails, and LinkedIn outreach (international markets).
- Identify customer needs and align them with company offerings.
- Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems.
- Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
- Perform cold calling, BANT-based lead qualification, and client engagement.
Skills & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in Business Development / Inside Sales / Telecalling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong experience in cold calling and lead generation.
- Exposure to IT services, SaaS, or cloud solutions.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with international markets.
- Basic understanding of tools like Jira, monday.com, and cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services / Azure.
