Atlassian Support Engineer 

Location: Gurugram (Onsite) 

Experience: 2–5 Years 

Role Summary 

We are looking for an Atlassian Support Engineer to support Atlassian Cloud Enterprise providing  managed services. The role involves Azure AD SSO support, Jira & Confluence administration,  incident handling, and basic configuration management. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Support Azure AD SSO integration (user provisioning/de-provisioning).
  • Provide L1 support for Jira & Confluence (Incidents/Requests/Changes).
  • Assist in migration validation, UAT support, and documentation. 
  • Configure workflows, permissions, issue types, and screen schemes (basic level).
  • Install and support Marketplace add-ons. 
  • Monitor system performance and escalate complex issues. 
  • Support basic integrations and system enhancements. 
  • Understanding of workflows, RBAC, and permission schemes
  • Experience handling support tickets
