We are looking for a dynamic and energetic professional for a hybrid role combining Sales Lead  Generation and Account Management to support our growing business in the UAE region.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Sales Support

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn,  networking, and market research. 
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team. 
  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate customer and pipeline information.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, demos, and customer follow-ups.
  • Support sales campaigns, events, and customer engagement activities.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

Account Management

  • Act as a point of contact for existing customers. 
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up on renewals, quotations, pending proposals, and ongoing opportunities. 
  • Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth communication with  customers. 
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Assist customers with basic product/service information and escalation coordination.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in Lead Generation, Inside Sales, Business Development, or Account  Management. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Good understanding of B2B sales processes. 
  • Experience using CRM tools and LinkedIn for prospecting is preferred. 
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and follow-ups efficiently.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive attitude. 
  • Basic understanding of IT services, SaaS, Cloud, or enterprise software solutions will be an  added advantage. 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with technology or software companies. 
  • Knowledge of platforms such as Atlassian, monday.com, GitLab, AWS, or similar solutions is a  plus.
  • UAE market exposure is preferred but not mandatory.
