Business Development Executive (BDE)

Experience: 2–3 Years 

Location: Pune 

Overview 

We are seeking a proactive Business Development Executive with 2–3 years of experience in  international markets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, hands-on  telecalling experience, and a basic understanding of modern technology tools and platforms. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Generate leads through outbound calling, emails, and LinkedIn outreach (international markets).
  • Identify customer needs and align them with company offerings. 
  • Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team. 
  • Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems. 
  • Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly targets. 
  • Perform cold calling, BANT-based lead qualification, and client engagement. 

Skills & Qualifications 

  • 2–3 years of experience in Business Development / Inside Sales / Telecalling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Strong experience in cold calling and lead generation. 
  • Exposure to IT services, SaaS, or cloud solutions. 
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment. 

Nice to Have 

  • Experience working with international markets.
  • Basic understanding of tools like Jira, monday.com, and cloud platforms such as Amazon Web  Services / Azure.
