Technical Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Technical Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects across practices including Atlassian, AWS, DevOps, and Monday.com. The TPM will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the technical nuances of modern software delivery, the changing technical landscape in AI world and can effectively manage project risks, resources, and client expectations on a day-to-day basis.

Role and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning & Execution
  • Own the end-to-end project lifecycle for multiple concurrent projects (duration 2-6 months).
  • Develop detailed project plans, track milestones, and manage dependencies using tools like Jira, Confluence, or Smartsheet.
  • Lead/ drive Customer discussions through status, stand-up meetings and winning customer trust and confidence on delivery progress (and not just coordinating between multiple teams)
  • Manage scope, schedule, and resources to ensure successful delivery against committed timelines.
  • Manage expectations regarding scope changes, risks, and timeline impacts with technical background
  • Proactively identify project risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (
  • Develop and implement mitigation plans to address delivery challenges before they escalate.
  • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for project variances and implement corrective actions through technical team and make sure customer is aligned
  • Track delivery KPIs such as velocity, effort variance, schedule adherence, and defect density.
  1. Technical Coordination & Delivery Ownership
  • Work closely with Solution Architects, Developers, and Consultants to translate business requirements into technical tasks.
  • Understand and facilitate technical discussions and remove blockers to keep development teams productive.
  • Ensure technical deliverables (code, configurations, documentation) meet acceptance criteria and Definition of Done.
  • Own End to End delivery and manage feedback loops with clients.
  • Understanding of changing technology landscape in the AI work and ability to implement AI use cases in technology oriented delivery projects/ programs like migrations, implementation, discovery, technical consultations etc

3. Revenue & Margin Assurance

  • Work closely with delivery leads and finance to track and assure revenue recognition, milestone validation, and profitability.
  • Drive effort optimization and efficient resource utilization to protect and grow margins.
  • Review SoWs and change requests for scope alignment and commercial viability.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth in collaboration with Pre-Sales and Sales.

4. Process knowledge

  • Proven experience managing projects in technology ecosystem such as Atlassian, AWS, DevOps or SaaS platforms.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and experience with Waterfall or hybrid models.
  • Ability to understand technical architectures, cloud concepts, and software development lifecycles to facilitate technical discussions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to manage client stakeholders effectively.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple small-to-medium sized teams and coordinate delivery across different technology domains.
  • Experience in client-facing roles with direct responsibility for project health and status reporting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of IT experience with 5 years in technical project management
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) preferred.
  • Technical certifications in AWS (Cloud Practitioner/Architect), Atlassian (ACP), or ITIL are a plus.
