2023 is over and it is time to reflect on the year gone by and talk about plans for the year ahead. 

We would like to start by acknowledging that 2023 was the year where we saw phenomenal growth and success. 2022 started with a strategic rebranding exercise that started with a new name, enreap. This exercise was to drive a sharper and strategic enterprise focus and take quantified steps to establish ourselves as global leaders in the ALM, DevOps, and Digital Services space. We focused on building new offerings, establishing a range of strategic services and creating Managed Teams and Managed Services for Enterprise Software. We also developed major expansion plans in 2022 and set sights on establishing our presence in multiple countries. The diversification of service areas also demanded new leadership. We restructured our C-suite and added more experienced hands to the deck to ensure the success of our clients.

As a cutting-edge solution provider, 2023 carried forward the success of 2022. The year saw us touch greater heights in our industry. We expanded our service portfolio as well as our geographical footprint and established ourselves as partners for success in enterprise digital transformation journeys.

Our Strategic Partnerships

enreap has been an Atlassian partner for over 10 years. 2023 was a big year for us as we got certified as Atlassian Platinum Partners for APAC, UAE and MENA

In UAE we are now the number one Atlassian Partner listed in the Partner directory. 

Our expertise and knowledge in Atlassian implementations and solutions have been further recognized as we are acknowledged as the most preferred Atlassian Platinum Partners in India by our customers! In fact, we were amongst the only two Atlassian partners from India to be invited to the Atlassian Partner Spotlight event held in Sydney last year.

This honour confirms our expertise in the Atlassian ecosystem and speaks volumes of our dedication to delivering cutting-edge, business-impacting solutions. 

We expanded our footprint into Southeast Asia and solidified our position as one of the leading Atlassian partners by earning the Atlassian Platinum Partner tag for this region as well. We also established our presence in the Middle East as a part of our commitment to serve a global audience as one of the most popular Atlassian Platinum Partners in UAE.

2023 was also the year where we made focused efforts to expand our expertise portfolio to service enterprise customers. Two key specializations that we acquired were:

  • Atlassian Cloud Specialization – Over the years, the cloud has been one of the key technologies enabling digital transformation and helping organizations become more responsive and resilient. While we have been experts in Atlassian cloud solutions, this year we established ourselves as experts by achieving the critical Atlassian Cloud and Atlassian Cloud Enterprise Specializations.
  • Atlassian ITSM Specialization – One of our core objectives has been to help our clients streamline processes, optimize resource allocation, and elevate service quality. Robust ITSM solutions become imperative to help businesses drive these efficiencies. We demonstrated our commitment to ITSM best practices and our meticulously designed ITSM services helped us earn the Atlassian ITSM Specialization badge and demonstrate the quality and reliability of our ITSM service offerings. Our customers recognize us as the only Atlassian ITSM specialist partner in India!

We also strengthened our partnerships with various tools and technologies which solidified our prowess over the DevOps ecosystem. Keeping the importance of cloud, service management, tech support, and operational excellence needed for the DevOps ecosystem in mind we forged some important partnerships. 

The AWS Advanced Partnership, with specialization and competency in healthcare and DR backups, is a testament to our expanding proficiency in leveraging AWS solutions for clients. We have also applied to advancing these competencies (please list the programs here) with AWS to further strengthen our proficiency and deliver comprehensive solutions for our clients.

We strengthened our commitment to developing the Agile, DevOps and PPM ecosystem. Our appointment as a Select Partner with AWS, one of the leading cloud platforms demonstrated proven technical expertise and customer experience.

We forged partnerships with JetBrains, JFrog, Monday.com, GitLab, and Planview as well to tailor robust solutions for our enterprise customers. This also ensured that our customers could develop holistic and complete DevOps ecosystems that are programmed for faster delivery and action.

Our Growth Trajectory in 2023

Strategic Alignment 

2023 saw focused and clear initiatives to continue our growth trajectory. For this, we concentrated on vertical and horizontal alignment efforts. 

  • In the first half of 2023, we started two initiatives for vertical alignment. These initiatives were directed toward helping the workforce align completely with enreap’s vision mission and goals. We started regular monthly alignment meetings to help each member of the enreap family understand how they contribute to our collective success and help achieve the organizational goals. 
  • In the second half of 2023, we focused heavily on driving horizontal alignment with cross-functional process and system improvements.

Driving greater Leadership alignment in 2023 was another important area of attention. Our objective was to drive greater cultural alignment across the organization by identifying opportunities to improve how we work together and creating more impactful ways to drive conflict resolution, foster greater collaboration, and enable innovation.

We drove process improvements and developed best practices to drive integrated forecasting cross-functionally and ensure that our strategy execution becomes even more seamless, predictable, and productive. These efforts were also directed to serve our customers better by elevating customer centricity, increasing quality delivery, and delivering stellar customer experiences.   

People Matter  – Growth and Great Place to Work

2023 was also about strategic hiring and expanding the workforce. Our recruitment efforts saw great success with employees referring to some great talent across some cutting-edge roles. Almost 40% of the new employees have come from our referral initiative! This speaks volumes of our positive and enabling work environment and superior employee experience. 

To this effect, enreap earned the “Great Place to Work” badge last year which demonstrates our commitment to employee satisfaction and well-being.

We credit our robust career path and leadership development initiatives coupled with an enabling and empowering, value-driven culture that resonates with our employees and delivers high engagement rates.

Sharper and Strategic Enterprise Focus 

2023 was the year when we concentrated heavily on driving a sharper enterprise focus. Our objective was to deliver speed and velocity to the operations delivery of our enterprise customers and help them achieve faster time to market, reduce delivery risks, and optimize costs.

We leveraged our expertise across Agile & DevOps, ITSM, PPM, and Cloud – the very pillars that underpin digital transformation and a holistic tools ecosystem to build sharper services-focused strategies around operational delivery excellence.  

We also introduced enterprise offerings like Strategic Staff Augmentation, Managed Services, Managed Teams, etc. for operational delivery excellence. These efforts were to help our enterprise customers manage projects, get end-to-end project visibility, improve resource management, and access support that goes beyond traditional support by providing comprehensive and proactive management of the DevOps ecosystem.

Our enterprise focus also demanded that we focus sharply on elevating our competencies and expanding our teams to develop our offerings repertoire. We also focused on creating cohesive systems and delivery strategies for our clients and making them tools agnostic. Our development and delivery expertise and our vast tools portfolio certainly played a big role in the success of our enterprise strategy.

We also demonstrated our financial stability and trustworthiness and earned a D&B rating of ‘low” in India and Singapore. This demonstrates our commitment to excellence and further cements our position as a reliable and trustworthy business partner, especially in geographies where we are establishing ourselves. .

Expanding Customer Footprint 

enreap witnessed phenomenal growth in the last year. We expanded our Atlassian footprint by 180+ customers and further solidified our position as a trusted Atlassian partner.

We also achieved 32+ new partnerships with AWS customers which was a testament to our expertise in cloud solutions. Additionally, we also boosted our presence in productivity and development tools and acquired 53+ new clients across platforms like Monday.com, JetBrains, GitLab, Sonar, Planview, and JFrog.

2024 – The Exciting Journey Ahead 

The significant growth and improvement efforts implemented last year will continue into 2024. We will continue to focus on alignment and quality-orientation. To that effect, we already have an ISO certification with audits in progress. 

The 2023 expansion plans saw us expand our footprint in the APAC and UAE. In 2024, we intend to tap the US Market as well. 

Our vision is to continue along this growth path and remain committed to technology exploration and innovation. Our objective is to strengthen our global presence and establish ourselves firmly as the preferred Atlassian Platinum Partner in India, SEA & UAE.

Keeping the growing global skills gap in mind, we also intend to increase the number of Atlassian-certified engineers in APAC and become the company with the most skilled resources in this geography to cater to the various markets we have.

We intend to retain our continued focus on enterprise customers with our curated enterprise offerings (Managed Teams, Managed Services, SSA) not limited to Atlassian only, but extending to our entire portfolio.

2023 couldn’t have been such a fantastic year without the support of our principal partners, clients and our employees. I would like to thank them and hope that we can rely on their continued support today and in the future. 

2024 holds the promise of greater success for the team. We are excited to launch into this year with zest and excitement!
