Our approach & solution
To support Invest Bank’s goal of modernizing collaboration, documentation, and software delivery across IT and business teams, enreap designed a structured deployment approach for Atlassian Confluence Cloud Premium and Jira Software Cloud Premium—ensuring seamless adoption, improved cross-team collaboration, and a scalable foundation for efficient delivery.
Enterprise-grade SSO integration
Using Atlassian Guard, enreap integrated both platforms with Entra ID, completing domain verification, configuring SAML, validating pilot access, and enforcing centralized authentication for all users.
Standardized Jira and Confluence setup
We established best-practice, out-of-the-box configurations: Jira projects using default Scrum, Kanban, and issue tracking templates with default workflows, issue types, permission schemes, and automation
Basic branding for unified experience
enreap applied the Invest Bank logo and a consistent theme across Jira and Confluence, giving teams a cohesive workspace identity.
Tool and ecosystem integrations
We enabled seamless cross-platform collaboration through: Native Jira–Confluence linking and Integration with GitLab for development traceability
Security hardening aligned to Atlassian best practices
enreap applied essential governance controls, including: Enforced SSO, Role-based access via Atlassian Guard, Audit log enablement and Default permission boundaries to prevent data exposure
