To address Fullerton’s fragmented workflows and limited project visibility caused by reliance on Excel, Emails, GitLab, Jenkins, and Bugzilla, enreap recommended a shift to the Atlassian application suite. We implemented a centralized solution using Jira, Bitbucket, and Xray, tailored to support both Waterfall and Agile project management.
