Marketing Manager – Demand Generation

What You Will Do?

As a Demand Generation Manager, you will be responsible for the strategy and execution of demand generation campaigns and programs targeting enterprise/SMB B2B accounts, with the goal of driving leads, meetings, and opportunities. You’ll be a central player on eneap’s Demand Generation team working closely with Sales and Operations to achieve our pipeline and revenue goals.

Location :  Pune, India.

Working hours : IST 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Responsibilities 

  • Planning; plan and drive demand generation activity, overseeing it from execution to analysis.
  • Campaign Creation; identify new inbound and outbound marketing activities that deliver a flow of qualified leads whilst monitoring ROI and optimizing CAC.
  • Lead Delivery; deliver against the weekly, monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
  • Forecasting; support the Head of Marketing with the forecasting of quarterly lead generation targets.
  • Understanding of different online channels for lead generation
  • Webinars; initiate and manage regular webinars, alongside the event manager and content marketing team.
  • Account Based Marketing; in targeted accounts
  • Analysis; define success metrics and own the performance analysis of demand generation activities, and make recommendations on areas for optimisation to meet sales targets.
  • Budget Management; track marketing campaign ROI and control the allocation of marketing spend based on past performance, adjusting planned budget allocation in line with results and in-line with annual sales objectives.
  • Lead Management; track lead lifecycle and conversion rates from inquiry to closed deal through marketing automation platform.
  • Lead Tracking; work closely with the marketing operations team to set-up appropriate lead management, scoring and reporting processes within CRM
  • Have a close pulse on our database, the audience size, segmentation, personas, and engagement levels, in order to continue to get the most out of our email marketing tactics.

  • Exceptional project management skills driving parallel events and campaigns across the region.
  • We are growing exponentially, with several moving pieces at any given time. So, the ability to experiment, measure, grasp things quickly, and optimize campaigns/activities is a must
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience or understanding of marketing funnel, demand generation, and inbound marketing in a B2B space in IT services field
  • Must be good at communication, have a general understanding of multiple marketing channels, be able to execute fast, and have attention to detail.
  • Track record of successfully partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver on aggressive growth targets
  • Growth mindset and an expectation that the role will evolve and grow.
