Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to contribute to our sales team’s success by identifying and converting leads into customers. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of proven experience in inside sales, a passion for technology, and a strong drive to exceed targets. Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to prospective clients via phone, email, and other channels to generate sales leads.
- Qualify leads and assess their needs to provide tailored solutions using Monday.com’s platform.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of Monday.com to potential customers.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and quotas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and communication.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to provide feedback and insights from the field to improve sales and product offerings.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the technology/software industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with project management or collaboration tools is a plus.
