Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to contribute to our sales team’s success by identifying and converting leads into customers. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of proven experience in inside sales, a passion for technology, and a strong drive to exceed targets. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent communication skills, and have a knack for building lasting client relationships, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively reach out to prospective clients via phone, email, and other channels to generate sales leads.
  • Qualify leads and assess their needs to provide tailored solutions using Monday.com’s platform.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of Monday.com to potential customers.
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and quotas.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and communication.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to provide feedback and insights from the field to improve sales and product offerings.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the technology/software industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Familiarity with project management or collaboration tools is a plus.
